He started as a web developer, progressed into senior development and technical leadership, founded and ran a boutique digital agency, then moved into senior digital and technology leadership roles in Dubai and the UK.
This gives him a practical view of technology. He can work with boards and leadership teams on strategy, budgets, vendors, governance, and delivery risk — but he also understands how digital platforms are actually designed, built, operated, and improved.
